Supplementary insurance
My care is recognized by most Swiss supplementary insurances (ASCA, RME). I recommend checking your coverage with your insurer before your first consultation.
Consider requesting a medical prescription from your doctor to facilitate reimbursement.
Cancellation policy
I understand that unexpected events can occur. I simply ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
In case of late cancellation (less than 24h) or no-show, the consultation may be charged.
